To be honest, I don't think they're useful or relevant to
BrailleNote users. Humanware probably uses the strings for
internal purposes.

Hello! I just discovered that even my old Keysoft on my Mpower
supports the Resdisp
product key. When I activate it, it shows resource numbers in
brackets next to every displayed
item until I deactivate it. What are these resource numbers
useful for?
