That's a real shame. I wanted to send this to the list to make sure they got your reply, too.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] KeySync and Outlook 2010: changing the default contacts and calendars folders

Hi,

Key sync and OE2010 do not play nice together, I have also had this problem.
As far as I am aware, there is no rectification for it.

Subject: [Braillenote] KeySync and Outlook 2010: changing the default
contacts and calendars folders

Hello all,

I'm trying to synchronize my BrailleNote with Microsoft Outlook 2010 using KeySync, and I have a question. I actually have multiple contact and calendar folders in Outlook and the ones KeySync is choosing by default are not the ones with which I want to synchronize. So my question is, is there a way, in either KeySync or Outlook itself, to choose the default contact and calendar folders? If I could do that, then I would be able to synchronize properly. I was told by Humanware technical support that there's no way to
do this, which seems a little odd. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Grant
