Hi all, So I just sent my Apex in for some pretty major repairs. I got it back, and now there's something else wrong - which wasn't malfunctioning before sending it in. One of the keys on the keyboard (the DOT 6 key) squeaks when you press it - it sounds as though it's rubbing up against part of the internal casing or something like that. I'm not really too keen to send it in once again, so is there anything I should try before doing so? I've found instructions online for cleaning "mainstream" computer keyboards, but they all involve prying up the keys, cleaning with silicone spray, then reattaching the keys. The keys on the Apex don't sound like the kind of things I should be fiddling with by myself. What do you guys think?
