Doesn't sound good. I definitely think exercising the machine could
help but its best to call humanware or send them an email. Yes,
fortunately I have had my Apex for two years and have had no problems
with the braille display but I agree with Alex, it souns like hardware
issues. Are the cells showing at all or just very vagely. I think
exercising the braille display should be done on a regular basis and
you should definitely keep that in mind for next time. If the cells
are just funny and not acting as they should then there could be some
other problem but as I said, its best to contact Humanware spport
straight away and they would best be able to give you advice. I am
sorry and hope things get resolved soon.
