You need to connect the mPower to the computer using the serial
cable. Then
using the screen reader that supports KeyNote Gold SA
synthesizer, configure
the screen reader to use BrailleNote as a synthesizer. Note
that, when you
do this, the overall pronunciation ruls for KeyNote Gold will
conform to
that of the screen reader.

I don't know much about it but I believe you can connect your
empower
to your computer and then set it up where you can use Keygold on
as a
synthesiser on your computer. The apex can't do it but the
empower
can.
