Hi all,
Two things:

1. The documentation pertaining to the upgrade does in fact open 9.2
documentation and this has been reported.

2. You will need an SMA to jump from 9.1 to 9.2.1, as you would have
done to jump from 9.1 to 9.2. You do not need an SMA to upgrade from
V9.2 to V9.2.1

So sorry, however, it does say that it does require at SMA if
using version earlier than 9.2. Jim

As stated quite clearly in the release, this is a maintenance
upgrade
only. It does not contain any new features, nor does it require
a count
of an SMA.

Cheers

No SMA Needed, I think.
