Hi Doctor Tom it's really easy to install the upgrade for the
ArlNote Apex. Go to the Humanware web site. Click on support
then BrailleNote Apex then Software. Click KeySoft 9.1.2
upgrade. Read the instructions before installing. Download the
upgrade file to the none folder of your flash disk. Once the
down load is comclete exit to the main menu and press the reset
button. The Apex will display starting KeySoft and ask you if
you want to install it. Press y. for yes and then wait for the
reboot.
