Hi Camille, To restore the database, you have to first delete it. Here's how you do that:
1. Go into file manager from the main menu. 2. Select directory or browse files, depending on which KeySoft version you have. 3. When prompted for the folder name, choose Keymail. 4. Press space with x on the list of files until you get to "list of all, including hidden files in Keymail folder." 5. Space down the list until you find email folders.cdb and press backspace with 1-4. 6. Press y at the confirmation prompt. Once you have done this, go back to the main menu and press e to open Keymail. From the Keymail menu, select "read email." Once you press enter on this option, the BrailleNote should say something like this: "The database for email folders does not exist. Would you like to create it?" Hit y at this prompt and you're good to go.
