I'm not sure if my last message went out. I need help. I'm having problem syncing my apex. When I try I get a message that says exception command 398 at 4153. I have no idea what this means and if I select sync now after this message has been displayed the apex says please wait but nothing happens. Then I get a message on my computer that active sync could not sync the device. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
