Hi Devin, does this only happen with bookshare or is it doing the same thing with other pages? Have you tried a reset and then tried going on again? If it is happening with all webpages then I would say it is a problem with your connection but if it is only on bookshare then it probably is something on bookshares end however if this was the case then you shouldn'tbe the only one having this issue.
