Not accessible with JAWS in the least; I used to have it. Apparently Google has made some accessibility changes in their latest update to Chrome so it will work with third-party screen readers, but from what I've heard and seen the best way to use Chrome as a blind person is with Chromevox, which is Google's built-in screen reader for Chrome.
