Yes there are, though they're not nearly as good as programs for
the PC or even as the KNFB reader. You might want to ask about
this on the Viphone list.

The K-NFB Reader is a software package that works with several
cell telephones. It works with the phoneS camera to scan and
read a book, hand-out, menu or any other print material.
