Hi, We'll see how HW would implement it, as there are possible hardware barriers such as speed of SD cards and flash disk. Also, when dealing with text in a file, it'd be quite tedious to open every file unless we have good filtering options. But then again, I think in order to implement system wide search, existing search function would need to be optimized, as the concept of this feature would be expanded to cover all possible files and text strings. If I could go into a Find dialog, tell it that I need the BN to search an SD card, Flash disk or USB stick for a filename or text string, then let it drill down through all of the folders and subfolders while I go off to do other things, that would be great.
