Hi, It means that it cannot find an active USB connection since no USB printers are connected to your BrailleNote. I understand that the message may lead to impressions that Apex supports Wi-Fi or LAN printers, but it doesn't, as the message is how the underlying operating system reports that there is no connection going on between the unit and the printer. For more information about relationships between KeySoft and Windows CE operating system (at least as far as users understand it), please refer to the following page: http://www.braillenoteusers.info/articles/introductory%20material/General-FA Q's-on-BrailleNote.php P.S. For BrailleNote Users site admin: would it be possible to provide a link to general FAQ's on the articles page? Thanks. Cheers, Joseph

Does anyone know what that means? Ricardo ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender. If your reply would be useful to the list, please send a copy to the list as well.
