Section 2.9 of the user guide covers it. Basically says for a proper cleaning it needs to be sent in. But by yourself (recommended to do once a week), you can wash it with a damp cloth with a little warm water on it and which has been squeezed to remove excess moisture

I have noticed that some of the dots of my braille display are
starting to stick until I feel them, then they go down.  What's a
save method of cleaning the braille display?
