i'm not sure. I've just checked it out and that is not happening
for me (BrailleNote MPower Keysoft 8,1). I'm not sure what you
should do.

I have tried and this is what happened. Going to link Support
which is the third one, it gave me the message Linking and never
responded. I had to reset and retry the procedure but it brought
me this message. http-humanware.com followed by the note yes it
works! with dots 1246 People a space and the same thing again.
