Hi,
Could be because you're clicking on an email address, which would produce
that message (logical, since there's no implementation of sending a new
message while you are reading another message). To "properly click" on an
email message, you can copy the email address, or you need to open MS Word
document with email address as a link.
For others who might be new to this: if you'd like a demonstration on how
this feature works, you can listen to a podcast done by one of the users
located at Media Center on BrailleNote Users website at:
www.braillenoteusers.info/media
For a brief overview:
1. Open an email message or a document that contains either a website
address or an email address.
2. Locate the address, then press ENTER with DOTS 2-6 or CTRL+Shift+H on QT.
When prompted, answer whether it is a web address or an email address.
Note that, for web addresses, this command works properly if the address is
on one ine.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Clicking on links in emails

Hello,

I tried to use the click on links feature with the apex (9.2.1) and it said
"Keymail is in use". I wonder why it's not letting me use this feature, but
when I click on an actual link, it's fine. Anyone got a reason for this?

Austin
