Hi Tom, Have you found a pattern, such as activities before turning the unit off and so forth? I'm leaning more towards memory and/or CPU busyness or power issue (mostly electronics). Cheers, Joseph

I know how to switch in and out of one-handed mode by holding down the backspace key while powering on, and that's definitely not happening.
