Hello Everyone, I'm having trouble pairing my ipad and apex. I keep getting the message pairing took too long. This occurs even when I've had sighted help. I'm typing 4 0's on both machines, using computer Braille on the apex. I've had this problem both with my ipad and apex and my studet's. Any hints for getting it to pair. Both units are running 9.2. Thanks for any help. It shouldn't be this hard.
