Well, anything like that will not be allowed. Your next option may be to go to 
your school's technology center and explain the situation to someone in charge. 
You can then ask if they can allow your machine access to the network, 
bypassing the usual security. In my case, they did this, letting me in by 
adding my apex's mac address manually (find that in the information menu, 
space-i from the main menu then space down to the unifi network adapter 
physical address).
