Thanks for your response. It is an intermittent problem so you
might need to try it a few times to see the error. Also, I have
noticed that it will usually happen if mlb is the first website I
try to reach when entering keyweb. I do use the url without the
www.

I tried the webpage as m.mlb.com on my PK and it came right
away. I think you just need to click your url as m.mlb.com and
do not include the www. See if it works. Regards
