Hi, Roger,

You can choose how you want ASCII text files to be read. Go to the file manager, translate, ASCII translation. You will be given the choice to use line or paragraph style for opening and saving these files. Choose paragraph for opening them and choose paragraph for saving the files. Now, the single hard returns will automatically become single spaces when you open the files. You will also need to choose the paragraph boundary option in the options menu so your paragraph boundaries will be correct.

Subject: [Braillenote] removing carage-returns from text files

Hello all. I have a folder which contains around 60 or so text files, and I'd like to batch-remove-carage-returns from them, so that the BN's keynote-gold, and everything else for that matter, can read them without pausing in the middle
of every
sentance.
Anyone know of a way to do this with all files at once?
