Hi, mostly for Matt, I think I've figured out why you couldn't sync KeyItems with Outlook when using WMDC: Are you using a 64-bit version of Outlook 2010? If so, MS recommends using 32-bit Outlook 2010 to fix this issue. Also, MS says there won't be any improvements to WMDC 64-bit to enhance compatibility with 64-bit Outlook 2010.
