I don't think this is a gmail problem as much as a translation problem. I can't 
be sure whose fault it is - gmail's preprocessing of the message, the bn's code 
page, the recipient's email client - but there's a fault somewhere. You might 
try changing your code page; go to utilities, miscellaneous options, default 
code page.
