Hello All: I want to back up my address list using the VN QT. I was able to copy to the flash card the address list file but when trying to back up the address list.cde I keep getting message can't access file because it's in use.
Keysoft version 5 and I've tried to copy, move but honestly at this point I haven't tried the back up utility but just curious why this one file?
