Hello, I recently got my voicenote upgraded to the newer board and purchased the new version of Keysoft as part of the upgrade. I had thought the new version would be on the machine when it was returned. HOwever, I was told that I would need to download it. I am eligible to do this but I have looked at the Pulsedata WEB site and I am unable to find the location from which to download. I found relevant information regarding upgrading but no place from which to get the software. What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob Martin
