Hi Keith, someone correct me if I'm wrong but that's not the best thing to clean a braille display with that I know of. I would be afraid that chemically something in the windex would jam the display. I would recommend Isopropryerl Alcohol (I don't know if I've spelled that right, I haven't had my coffee this morning. Lol.) Anyway, give that a try and tell her to stay away from the windex unless of course I'm wrong. Thanks.
