Hi Laura and list: The tzi file tells the operating system (Windows CE) about the time zones. Therefore, it seems that there is either something that has got a bit corrupt in the file or some of the information being stored from the file has been corrupted.
My advice would be to try a 456 reset. If this doesn't work, installing KeySoft again would be the next best option. Should you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.
