Hi Laura,

I am using Version 5 of Keysoft. It also happens in the Version 3.07 burned into ROM. It also happens with Version 4.01, which I was using prior to 5. I have also tried it on a friend's Braillenote with the same results. So it certainly isn't my unit alone.

All the best
