Hello, How are you trying to synchronise your contacts?
Don't check the contacts box in ActiveSync because KeySync doesn't use this contacts setting. If you establish an activesync connection, and choose "synchronise now" from the synchronisation menu, your contacts should start synching. Hope this helps.
