Hello Listers, When I reentered personal info incorrectly Keyweb informed me that the match didn't work. Not the Web site Keyweb, and then it refused to let me do anything. I had to reset the BN to fix the problem. Why would Keyweb know that my information was incorrect? Has anyone gotten a similar message? Thank you. Lisa
