[Braillenote] no subject header in e-mail

I am still getting the "no subject" header from "anonymous" when I read 
downloaded email at least 1/3 of the time.  I free up my database after each 
email session.  Do I really need to do a no keys held down reset every few 
times or are there other suggestions anyone has? Thanks for any information.
