[Braillenote] for wellsfargo users

Has anyone had trouble accessing wellsfargo bank accounts online with the 
braille note? I keep getting an error message about wrong passwords and 
usernames and expired browsers.  Last time I tried this on the bn, I think i 
just turned speech on rather retried everything, but having to do it that way 
is new and I'm wongering what others have experienced.
