Lisa, good to hear you again. First, before you go into e-mail, set your preferred reading grade to grade two. Then, when you are at the top of the first e-mail message, press the righthand two thumb keys, and keep pressing until BrailleNote says "Preferred Reading grade?" Then go to the top of the file, and you should have your e-mail in grade two.
