Hi Listers, Okay usually if I receive those no subject no anonymous emails I reset the BN and everything works out okay. Usually I can check the trash folder and see who the emails were actually from. Not today today the emails still showed up as no subject anonymous and I'm confused. I tried a regular reset without holding any keys down and a hard reset pressing 4-5-6 while pressing the reset button. Any ideas? Thanks. Lisa
