Hello list,

I am experienceing a problem with my emails.  When I download them, all of my 
emails are marked no subject sent from anonomous.
This just started happening today.  I know in the past I have had to delete my 
downloads folder and recreate the database.  But I have forgotten how to do 
this.
Can someone help me with this or give me some other ideas as to what to do 
about this.
