[Braillenote] deleting a christmas carol

Hello Listers,
I was trying to delete the book titled A Christmas Carol from my keysoft 
Windows folder.  I get a message saying the file is protected and do I want to 
erase it anyway?  I say yes and then get a message saying that the system 
cannot find the specified file.  What does this mean?  I had thought I had 
deleted this file from the my books folder awhile ago.  Thanks for any advice 
on bow get this file out of the file list in windows or how to delete it.
