[Braillenote] bnipconfig.exe not on cd:

Hi the "bnipconfig.exe file which needs to be run to set up the Braillenote for 
networking isn't on my cd which came with my Bn. I think we were still in 
Keysoft 3 when I got the bn so is there anywhere we can download this file or 
will I have to order a different cd?
