Hi Tina, At times i have used a BN in a situation where I had to dial 9 to get an outside line. An example of this would be in a hotel room. if you put the 9 followed by a comma before the phone number in the phone number field, that will allow for a 2 second delay, which should be enough time for the switchboard to give you an outside line.
