Hi BN staff, 3 weeks ago I worked with PDI/Humanware tech staff on an error regarding synchronizing the Braillenote with Outlook. I have not heard anything back yet, and I would hope to hear about a resolution to the problem before the people in New Zeland go on their summer holiday during December. Can somebody get back to me on this?
