Hello, When she is in the gps mode have you tried turning on the next intersection reporting key, think that is m and then x although I am not at my bn right now. That should give you the next intersection you are approaching.
Also, look at the options under gps and be sure you have the arival distance set to something approaching 40 feet for walking, this should give you optimum intersection announcement. Hope this helps. John Farina
