I believe you need to go to your e-mail set up menue and delete all the isp addresses that are in that list except the ones you use. Make sure that the one you want is at the top of the list, Make sure that you have followed the instructions for setting up your e-mail protocol, exactly as you are instructed in that menu. I had a similar problem, and found that I had really goofed up my e-mail protocol by having several incorrect isps listed in the set up menu. Hope this helps.
