Hello Jerry and Brenda, If your curser is in the list of key mail folders, pointing at the folder from which you want to know the number of emails, press space with i and wait a few seconds. The number of email in that folder your curser is pointing to is then spoken. The more email there are in the folder, the longer it seems to take to count them.
Note that when requesting the number with this command, you must be at the folder prompt before pressing enter, because this feature does not work inside the folder itself. Regards Riana
