Go to the file manager menu. Then hit a d for directory. When asked for a drive hit f for flash disk. When asked for a folder name, press the spacebar. Then stop at folder called keylist. Then press enter. Then press the spacebar. At list of all files in that folder, hit an x-chord. Then you'll hear list of all, including hiden files in keylist folder. Then hit the spacebar and stop at the filename called emailfolders.cdb. Then press a dots 1-4-chord. Then press y at the erase filename sure?
