OK folks--is KeySoft 5.1 a free upgrade, or am I going to lose an upgrade on
the SMA?
See, I had 4.01 because I sent in the unit to get upgradedlast summer I think.
Then I downloaded 5.0 build 24. Then I sent in the unit over the Christmas
holiday and to my surprise I got a new motherboard with KeySoft 5.0 build 25
burned in (which is now giving me grief.. does this count against my upgrade,
even though I didn't srecifically ask for it? Am I still able to get 5.1?
If so, why can't I get it with my serial number (13482) and the password ...
or was that changed and I missed it?
