Hi All Well, I eventually managed to download Keysoft 5, so thanks to Maria for her help with regard to this. When I installed it, it asked for a product key, which of course I didn't have. I tried a reset, but the same question came up again. so, in desperation, I tried reset with dots 4 5 and 6 held down, and it seems to have installed keysoft 5 without any problem. If anyone can tell me why this should be, given that I didn't have a product key I would be very interested.
