Hi, Lisa: Maybe, this has been suggested before, but here's what I would have 
done.  I would have taken the email from your professor, and saved the text.  
Then, I would have translated it into a Keyword document, in Grade 2.  Now, 
with that document, I fill in my answers, and do whatever I need to do.  Then, 
using the block commands menu, i copy it to the clipboard.  After that, I 
simply paste it into an email message to the prof.  Hey, maybe, it ain't the 
quickest way, but it works.  The email translates the grade 2 document into 
text, so you're in good shape! Just my two cents.  Bob and Maxy-wax
