Does anyone know who we would talk to about starting a loaner program? Ii don't know when I send my unit in because i use it for work as well as my alarm clock righgt now and especially when i'm on vacation. I was able to get a loaner in january when mine went back, but not everyone would b able to do that and that would be the perfect use for a few older or refurbished units and they probably wouldn't even need very many since I'm sure the chances of them all being out at once are very slim. My unit was back within the time they said and is great with no extra problems
