Hello, Lisa. If you want to send an email again, try sending it to yourself to see how it comes out first. Then, when it is all right, send it to the right person.
You have been told that you can't insert format indicators in the middle of text. BrailleNote will just ignore them. The best thing to do is to write everything in computer braille. Some of the most expert braillists prefer to do this all the time. If you have a copy of what you sent your professor, please send it to the list, so we can all look at it and tell you where things go wrong. Descriptions are never as good as the examples themselves.
