Is this addressed in KS 5? Is there some other way of fixing it?
I tried running the BN headphone output into a variety of sources, and it's definitely not the internal speaker causing this harshness.

I just upgraded to Keysoft 4.02, and the crackling speech is still
there. I can only get rid of it by running the pitch at 4 or less, but I'd
love to have it around 7 or 8. By crackling, I mean distorted harsh
clipping sound on every fourth or fifth word. Usually a sentence contains
at least one instance of this.
